Role Overview

The Sales Representative is responsible for closing deals and incorporating new clients into the company. Furthermore, they assist potential new clients by answering questions regarding the company and working in conjunction with the client happiness team to hand off and follow up with new clients.


Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

️•Hosting Sales Calls with Potential Clients.
•Following up and Closing deals with Clients.
•Handing off Clients to CX.
•Facilitating follow-up calls with Clients.
•Assisting the CX Team with additional requests and inquiries from Clients.
•Working with the Sales Leadership on several projects.
•Tracking Client interaction on CRM.
• Assisting sales representatives in correcting, editing, and resending DocuSign agreements.


What We’re Looking For :

•At least 1 year of Sales experience.
•Outstanding spoken and written communication in English
•Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
•Strong attention to detail
•Sensitivity and understanding.
•Persuasion and negotiation skills.
•Experience in cold calling is required.
•People Skills
•Rapport-building.
•Proactivity
•Problem-solving skill
•Customer Service-oriented personality.
•Efficient organization and Time Management.
•Your own reliable PC, headset, and speedy internet (at least 30MB/s).
